* *Cargo Type:* Specializing in transporting sand and oil.
* *Trailer Types:* Operate frac trailers and belly dump units.
* *Distance:* Short hauls of 20-40 miles ensure you’re not on the road for long.
* *Driving Type:* Bob Tail operations.
* *Loading and Unloading:* Quick turnaround with loading and unloading times of about 5 minutes.

*Compensation and Benefits:*
* *Earnings:* Attractive gross earnings ranging from $8,000 to $12,000.
* *Starting Salary:* Company drivers start at 25% of gross earnings.
* *Shifts Available:* Choose from day shifts (4 AM to 4 PM) or night shifts (4 PM to 4 AM) for work-life balance.
* *Work Schedule:* 3 weeks on duty followed by well-deserved time off.

*Requirements:*
* *Experience:* At least 2 years with a PEC card.
* *Skills:* Reliable and efficient in handling specialized cargo.
* *License:* Valid commercial driving license (CDL) is required.
